What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop? provides a minimal Shipping Fee to all orders for selected countries (Except some countries and APO/FPO). We are working on our logistics for other countries not included on the shipping list. Email us if your country is not listed and we will find all means to ship the items to your country.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted. We process all payments through Paypal Payment Portal. Why Paypal? We have been using Paypal for 10 years now and we find it as the best payment channel for our business and customers. Paypal has “Consumer Protection Policy” which guarantees your order and money.

How long will delivery take?

We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

We process your order immediately once payment has been verified. We have warehouses from China, Singapore, Russia, USA and SEA, orders are taken from first available warehouse and nearest to the buyer.

SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Orders are received by buyers around 2-3 weeks but Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season. Expect items to be received 25-35 days, but again usually earlier.

If you have not received your shipment within 45 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer convenience and satisfaction!

We will process your order immediately and verify order details. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched accordingly and you will receive a tracking number thru your email from us.
