Refunds & Returns Policy

Please carefully read our Refunds & Returns Policy before purchasing any of our items. Our aim is to make your shopping experience with us smooth and hassle free. Your total satisfaction is our goal.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 
ORDER REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item ( please provide clear photos )
  • you do not want the product you’ve received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by your country customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

 
RETURN REFUND

    1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
    2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.
    3. We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, or you may choose to have a replacement.
    4. Clients ordered wrong products, size, color, variation and alike.
    5. Products damaged artificially by clients upon receive of order.
    6. Parts missing by clients.
